What types of internships do you offer?
We offer three types of internships:
1.)Two full Season Internships (March – October),
2.) Commuter Internships (negotiable),
3.) Summer Internships – (negotiable)
Full Season Interns must fill out an application and go through an application process. We provide housing, education, a $300 month stipend and food from the garden.
Commuter Interns are folks who live in their own homes and are willing to commute to the garden to work on a regular basis. This needn’t be 5 days a week but it needs to be a significant enough commitment that opportunity for a quality education takes place. Garden produce and a systematic education are provided.
Summer Interns are persons wishing to invest themselves fully into the program for 8 – 12 weeks. Summer interns must find local housing. Garden produce and a systematic education are provided.
How do I apply for any of these internships?
Write the garden manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and stipulate which internship you wish to apply for.
